Storm Music Group operates an internal-only optimization tool that uses the YouTube Data API on behalf of Storm-owned channels and playlists. This page is the canonical public description required for the YouTube API quota extension form.

Purpose

The tool keeps Storm-owned playlist metadata, video metadata, and channel sections aligned with the deterministic Storm content engine. It does not accept inputs from third-party YouTube users and does not act on third-party channels.

Scope

• Read-only audits of Storm-owned playlist contents and metadata.
• Operator-confirmed writes to Storm-owned playlist titles, descriptions, and ordering.
• Read-only audits of Storm-owned video metadata and channel sections.
• Operator-confirmed writes to Storm-owned video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and channel sections.

Authentication

Tooling authenticates as Storm-owned channels via OAuth 2.0 with refresh tokens stored in Storm-controlled secrets storage. No third-party Google accounts are accessed.
